ヨコ糸を限界値まで高密度に打ち込んだコットン・モールスキン素材。しっかりと揉み洗いを施し少し起毛感のある表情に。染色は、まずとても純度が高く長い伝統と歴史を誇るインド藍を原料として職人により手間暇をかけ丁寧に幾度も染色と洗濯を繰り返し深い超濃色のIndigo blue を表現。そこに鉄分を多く含む九州地方の濃色の泥染色も合わせ、とても味わい深く奥行きのある”泥藍染”を施しました。職人により手間暇をかけ丁寧に幾度も染色と洗濯を繰り返した非常に手の込んだ天然染めです。
